1. Payment methods

The following payment methods can be selected during the ordering process:

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. These depend on the delivery quantity, especially the weight and volume.

Within Germany

For orders under €50, shipping costs are...

Hermes €4.95 / DHL GoGreen €5.95.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Outside of Germany

Currently, deliveries are made to the entire European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland.

For orders under €50, shipping costs are €9.50 or €9.95.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Generally

Subsequent deliveries are free of shipping costs.

3. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Apollo Dion GmbH selects the packaging at its own discretion.

Shipping is from the Apollo Dion GmbH warehouse to the address provided by the customer. Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping is handled by DHL GoGreen or Hermes.

Shipping takes place Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Generally, orders are shipped as soon as all items are ready and in stock. Whether a product is in stock is indicated when the product is selected.
